**Position Summary** As the Manager, Operations – Business Affairs at Walmart Connect, you will report to the Director of Operations – Audit & Controls. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance within our business affairs. **Responsibilities:**

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Manage audits and controls to maintain regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

3+ years of experience in operations or business affairs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
