Job Description

**Summary** The Manager of the Spiritual Care Department oversees the planning, administration, management, and evaluation of spiritual care services at Alameda, San Leandro, Fairmont, and Wilma Chan Highland Hospitals. This role involves supporting and advocating for staff and ensuring the delivery of compassionate care. **Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the Spiritual Care team across multiple facilities.
• Develop and implement spiritual care programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate spiritual care into patient services.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing training.

**Requirements:**

• Master’s degree in Divinity or related field.
• Board certification in chaplaincy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spiritual care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
