• Oversee daily operations of the tasting room.

• Train and manage tasting room staff.

• Develop and implement engaging tasting experiences.

• Maintain inventory and manage sales.

• Foster relationships with customers and promote brand loyalty.

**Requirements:**
  • Previous experience in hospitality or wine industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of wine and tasting techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
