EHS Specialist

Job Description

Tesla is looking for a motivated Specialist to enhance the EHS functions at the Fremont Factory. This position provides a pathway for growth in both technical and professional skills. The Specialist will apply human and organizational principles to promote accountability for safety, health, and environmental impacts.

Responsibilities:

Support EHS initiatives and compliance efforts.

Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

Develop and deliver training programs.

Collaborate with teams to implement safety improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
