Job Description

Interstate Advanced Materials in Hayward is looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator to set up and operate CNC machinery, including routers, mills, lathes, and grinders.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production.
  • Program CNC equipment based on technical drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations for quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
