Repair and Tool Technician

Job Description

**Position Purpose:** Repair and Tool Technicians evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They provide equipment recommendations and ensure proper maintenance of units. Technicians work in-store and assist customers with tool-related inquiries. **Responsibilities:**

• Diagnose and repair various equipment and tools.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

• Recommend equipment upgrades and replacements.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services.

• Assist customers with product selection and usage.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in small engine repair or related field.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service abilities.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
