• Perform visual, auditory, and operational inspections of vehicles and equipment to diagnose issues.

• Identify root causes of problems and research solutions using repair manuals and technical resources.

• Execute repairs and maintenance on various fleet vehicles and equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive technology preferred.

Proven experience as a fleet mechanic or similar role.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with repair tools and equipment.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
