**Die Cast Manager**
**Location:** Hercules, CA – Relocation Assistance Available
**Hours:** Full-time, Monday – Friday; Flexible Shifts
**Salary Range:** $120,000 – $140,000 per year, with potential sign-on and annual bonuses
**What You Are:** A skilled and experienced Die Cast Manager with a strong background in die casting operations.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee die casting production processes and ensure quality standards.
Manage team performance and provide training as needed.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for equipment optimization.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in die casting management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
