**Job Description** Assists in scheduling and supervising Store Support Team Members while managing the daily operations of the department. Collaborates with the Store Support Team Leader and Associate Team Leaders to ensure efficient functioning of the Store Support Team. **Responsibilities:**

• Schedule and oversee Store Support Team Members.

• Assist in daily department operations.

• Support team leaders in achieving store goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
