Job Description

**POSITION:** Lobby Attendant/Ambassador/Doorman **REPORTS TO:** On-site Property Manager / Front Desk Manager **CLASSIFICATION:** Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Lobby Attendant/Doorman, under the guidance of the Onsite Property Manager and Front Desk Supervisor, will:

  • Greet and assist residents and guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
  • Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Provide information about the property and local amenities.
  • Assist with packages and deliveries as needed.
  • **REQUIREMENTS:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
