Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Advocate for a full-time role in a hospital setting in San Francisco, CA. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional travel to other locations.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with financial inquiries and insurance processes.
Provide guidance on payment options and financial assistance programs.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
Educate patients on their rights and responsibilities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in healthcare or finance preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in patient advocacy or healthcare finance is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed.
