Job Description

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Advocate for a full-time role in a hospital setting in San Francisco, CA. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional travel to other locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with financial inquiries and insurance processes.
  • Provide guidance on payment options and financial assistance programs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
  • Educate patients on their rights and responsibilities.
  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in healthcare or finance preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in patient advocacy or healthcare finance is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
