Job Description

The Mission Neighborhood Health Center (MNHC) is a non-profit, multi-site community health organization providing comprehensive health services in San Francisco’s Mission and Excelsior Districts. Our offerings include primary health care, adult medicine, pediatrics, and family planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and support.
  • Conduct health assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

  • Valid medical license in California.
