**Job Title: Mac OS Support Specialist**
**Duration:** 6+ Month Assignment
**Location:** Onsite in San Francisco
**Compensation:** Up to $38 per hour (W2, based on experience)
The IT Support Specialist will ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional IT support. Key responsibilities include:
Providing technical assistance for Mac OS systems and applications.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assisting users with setup and configuration of devices.
Documenting support requests and resolutions.
Collaborating with IT teams to improve support processes.
