**Job Title: Mac OS Support Specialist** **Duration:** 6+ Month Assignment **Location:** Onsite in San Francisco **Compensation:** Up to $38 per hour (W2, based on experience)

The IT Support Specialist will ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional IT support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical assistance for Mac OS systems and applications.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assisting users with setup and configuration of devices.
  • Documenting support requests and resolutions.
