**Job Title: Patient Services Representative**
We are seeking multiple Patient Services Representatives for contract positions with our client in the Bay Area, including Burlingame, San Mateo, Santa Rosa, Berkeley, Sacramento, Oakland, and San Francisco. Pay rate is competitive.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist patients with appointment scheduling and inquiries
Verify insurance information and eligibility
Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
Provide exceptional customer service and support
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in healthcare or customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records
