**Position Title:** Patient Service Representative (PSR)
**Summary Description:**
ZOLL, the manufacturer of the LifeVest wearable defibrillator, is seeking Patient Service Representatives as independent contract workers to train patients on the use of the LifeVest. The LifeVest is worn by patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct training sessions for patients on LifeVest usage.
Provide ongoing support and answer patient inquiries.
Ensure proper documentation of training sessions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient experience.
**Requirements:**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in healthcare or patient education preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of cardiac health is a plus.
