APR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Representative for a 13-week contract in Burlingame, CA.
**Pay Rate:** $21.50 – $22.50/hr
**Responsibilities:**
Greet and assist patients upon arrival
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Provide information on services and procedures
Resolve patient inquiries and issues efficiently
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in healthcare or customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
