Job Description
Trustpoint.One is partnering with a corporate client to find an experienced Intake Coordinator for their Palo Alto office. This is a long-term temporary position lasting 6-12 months. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Document and manage client intake processes
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and databases
Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
