As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for registering and financially clearing patients for service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:**

Register patients and verify insurance information.

Collect co-pays and outstanding balances.

Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries.

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
