Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Warehouse Operations (DWO) to oversee our Distribution Center. This role involves managing expenses, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safety and security standards. The DWO will lead workforce management, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating warehouse staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and control operational costs.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
