Ratcliff’s healthcare practice is a regional leader in the planning and design of complex healthcare facilities, including acute and ambulatory care facilities and medical campus master plans. We are seeking a Healthcare Medical Planner with a deep understanding of healthcare environments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement healthcare facility plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design meets clinical needs.
Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Planning, or related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare planning.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
