Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor
Company: Select Staffing
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: $30/hr (BOE)
Shift Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (5 days/week, OT and weekend availability required)
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers and work crews efficiently.
Monitor and track delivery schedules and routes.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Resolve any issues or delays in real-time.
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatch or logistics preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
