Job Description

**Summary** The SLH Supervisor, EVS oversees and trains the Environmental Services (EVS) team. This role involves directing daily operations, providing on-the-job training, and offering ongoing support to staff. The Supervisor is also responsible for managing supply orders for the department and ensuring efficient workflow. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and mentor EVS staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.

• Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations.

• Manage inventory and order necessary supplies.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments to meet facility needs.

**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
