**Job Title: Datacenter Logistics Associate**
**Location:** Hayward, CA
**Compensation:** $25/hr + benefits (W2)
**Contract Duration:** 3+ months (with potential for extension or conversion)

**Responsibilities:**
Manage inventory and logistics within the datacenter
Assist in equipment installation and maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
