The Professional Lending Group offers tailored financial solutions to employees of Private Equity firms and partnership-structured organizations for equity purchases or fund investments. We develop customized loan programs for each firm and collaborate with individual borrowers to extend credit.
**Responsibilities:**
Design and implement customized loan programs for clients.
Assess borrower needs and financial situations.
Facilitate communication between firms and individual borrowers.
Monitor loan performance and manage client relationships.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Experience in lending or financial services preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
