**Job Title: Janitor / Porter / Cleaner**

As a Custodian at SBM Management Services, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your duties will include:
Performing floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
Conducting surface care tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass/mirrors/windows.
Polishing metal and wood surfaces, and cleaning blinds.
Emptying trash and recycling bins regularly.
Assisting with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
