**Job Description: Department Supervisor**
Department Supervisors are responsible for leading, training, coaching, and developing associates to ensure exceptional customer service and easy access to merchandise. They play a key role in operational and merchandising decisions, collaborating closely with the Store Management Team.
**Responsibilities:**
Train and mentor department associates
Ensure high standards of customer service
Assist in inventory management and merchandising
Provide feedback to management on operational improvements
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
