Job Description

**Position Purpose:** Customer Service/Sales Associates deliver prompt, friendly service by proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer assistance. They utilize our tools to gain product knowledge and provide comprehensive information to facilitate project sales. **Responsibilities:**

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

• Maintain product knowledge to effectively sell entire projects.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
