**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Lead Consultant possesses comprehensive knowledge of the Store’s operations, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, while consistently providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves taking customer orders, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely delivery. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.

• Process orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure project completion.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Train and mentor new staff as needed.

**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
