**Job Title:** Community Based Clinical Therapist, Multisystemic Therapy (MST)
**Location:** Lafayette, IN
**Salary:** $55,000 – $69,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Community Based Clinical Therapist to provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to youth and families in Lafayette, IN.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide in-home therapy sessions to address behavioral and emotional challenges.
Collaborate with families, schools, and community resources.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Valid Indiana clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
Experience with MST or similar therapeutic approaches preferred.
