**Job Title:** Therapist – Intensive Outpatient Program **Location:** Manchester, NH **Salary:** $70,000 – $75,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensure in NH (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
  • Experience in IOP or similar settings preferred.
