**Salary:** $250,000 – $350,000 per year

**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to best practices.
Develop and implement palliative care protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Conduct educational sessions for staff and community.
Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
MD/DO with board certification in Palliative Care.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
