Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Produce Clerk to join our store team. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a well-stocked produce section filled with fresh, high-quality items.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Receive and unpack incoming produce shipments
– Organize and restock produce on shelves and displays
– Ensure all produce items are accurately labeled and priced
– Keep track of inventory levels and restock as necessary
– Conduct quality checks and assess the freshness of produce
– Assist customers in selecting and purchasing produce
– Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
– Perform additional tasks as needed
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
– Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
– Ability to assess the quality and freshness of produce
– Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service
**Compensation:** $15.60-$17.20/hour
