As a Modeling & Simulation Engineering Technical Fellow, you will lead multi-disciplinary research in Guidance, Navigation, Control, and Performance Simulations. Your role includes developing high-fidelity simulations and mentoring engineers.
This is an onsite role in Tucson, Arizona.
What You Will Do:
- Drive strategic vision for programs and products.
- Advocate for technical integrity across projects.
- Consult on technologies for organizational growth.
- Provide solutions for missile system design and performance.
- Mentor engineers and manage projects.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or related STEM field with 12+ years of experience in high-fidelity simulations, programming, and technical briefings.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Recognized authority in modeling and simulation.
- Experience in signal processing or hardware design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current Secret or Top Secret clearance.
