Essential Functions

• Administers medications, collects specimens, and provides clinical treatments as part of the care plan.
• Records and documents patient care activities.
• Monitors and communicates patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families.
• Assists patients with daily living activities, including hygiene and nutrition.
• Coordinates care across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and support needs.
• Assesses and educates patients and families based on their needs.
• Advocates for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.

Licenses/Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Current RN license in NC
