Essential Functions
- Administers medications, collects specimens, and provides clinical treatments as part of the care plan.
- Records and documents patient care activities.
- Monitors and communicates patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families.
- Assists patients with daily living activities, including hygiene and nutrition.
- Coordinates care across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and support needs.
- Assesses and educates patients and families based on their needs.
- Advocates for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.

Licenses/Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Current RN license in NC
