Job Description

Admissions (Start of Care/SOC Visit) Registered Nurse | As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our Home Care team, you will conduct admissions and visits, enjoying the independence of one-on-one patient interactions in their homes.

Hours: Full-time – Days | Friday – Monday. Work 32 hours per week, but get paid for 40!

Pay and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary Range: $76,960 – $89,440

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program and licensed in Minnesota.
  • At least 12 months of experience in acute care or home health.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Home Care experience, including OASIS, preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
