Job Description: Manager of People Services

The Staff Pad is collaborating with a Montana client aiming to set the gold standard in Healthcare. We are seeking a People Services Analyst who shares this vision. This role leverages HRIS and human resources expertise to drive organizational change and foster transformation. The analyst will build strong partnerships with internal teams, caregivers, providers, and leaders, while also engaging with stakeholders and vendors as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate data processing and maintenance per organizational rules and regulations.
  • Define system requirements and collaborate with vendors to select HRIS software.
  • Analyze workforce metrics with Finance Analysts to enhance capacity planning.
  • Utilize metrics to provide insights on workforce trends.
  • Develop short and long-term forecasts using analytical models.
  • Create reports and visualizations for informed decision-making.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle and other HR systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge/Experience: Minimum 2 years in HRIS, IT, or analytical roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • License/Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
