Infusion RN – Part Time

Summary:

The Staff Pad is proud to collaborate with a non-profit healthcare system in Helena, Montana, dedicated to providing exceptional care and setting the standard for healthcare in the region. We are seeking a Part-Time Infusion RN to join their team.

Shift: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday and/or Friday, based on FTE.

Position Summary:

The Infusion Center RN offers patient-centered care by assessing health status, planning, implementing treatment, and evaluating outcomes. Working in an Outpatient Infusion Center, the RN provides compassionate care to patients of all ages with minimal supervision.

• Prioritize care based on needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on medications.
• Mentor less experienced nurses.
• Utilize critical thinking for patient condition changes.
• Conduct lab draws and manage scheduling.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• License/Certification: Current Montana RN license and BLS certification.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; adaptability.
