Practice Highlights:

• Option for a 4-day work week
• $40,000 starting bonus + relocation
• No Critical Care coverage
• 18-20 patients per day

Required Qualifications:

• Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine
• WA state license by employment start
• Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
• Board Certified in Sleep Medicine
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR

Washington Residents Only: Salary range is $317,883 to $475,000 per year, based on experience and metrics. UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package.
