Purpose of Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who excels in problem-solving, project management, and effective communication. This role is crucial for our company’s success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety inspections and facilitate training to uphold OSHA standards.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and manage service requests.
• Participate in emergency standby schedules.
• Plan and coordinate equipment installation and removal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 1-3 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
