We are seeking skilled candidates for a direct hire Manufacturing Coordinator role with a company in Eden Prairie, MN, specializing in assistive communication technology. Ideal candidates will have experience in technical documentation, ERP systems, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, production schedules, and performance metrics.
• Conduct time studies and update production procedures.
• Create and manage part numbers, BOMs, and procedures.
• Support new product development and pre-production activities.
• Design packaging configurations.
• Manage End of Life and safety stock parts.
• Conduct inventory audits and manage stock levels.

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials management.
• 2 years of ERP experience.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Must read and interpret technical documentation.
• Frequent use of office equipment.
• Moderate lifting of up to 25-50 lbs.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $23.00-$26.00 per hour.
