**Plating Operator**

We are seeking skilled candidates for a direct hire Plating Operator position in Brooklyn Park, MN. Ideal applicants should have experience in metal plating and a strong desire to learn.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Document part receipt per procedure. Conduct visual inspections for defects. Utilize racks/barrels as per work orders. Notify Team Leader of discrepancies. Handle products and equipment to prevent damage. Rack/unrack products according to procedures. Record racking information as required. Collaborate with Team Leader for quality and efficiency. Assist in training new team members. Maintain a clean work area. **Job Requirements:**
High School Diploma or GED. Preferred prior experience. Math aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Compensation:**
The starting salary ranges from $20 to $25 per hour.
