We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer skilled in troubleshooting and system integration. Familiarity with mapping requirements to results is essential.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate on developmental programs within the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) organization.
- Conduct system integration activities to support signal presentation.
- Lead troubleshooting and failure investigations.
- Assist in generating requirements and verification plans.
- Participate in HWIL engineering teams for test system design and integration.
- Engage in full lifecycle system development and sustainment activities.
What You Will Learn:
- System-level knowledge of HWIL developmental programs.
- Advanced signal generation and presentation techniques.
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Integration experience with hardware, software, and firmware.
- Proficiency in schematic capture software.
- Active US government issued Secret security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Existing SSBI clearance.
- Experience in electronics design and data analysis.
- Proficient in troubleshooting with test equipment.
- Knowledge of networking and IP-based equipment.
- Familiarity with various communication interfaces.
- Experience with programming languages and scripting.

The salary range for this role is $77,000 – $163,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, 401(k) match, and more.
