We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer skilled in troubleshooting and system integration. Familiarity with mapping requirements to results is essential.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate on developmental programs within the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) organization.
• Conduct system integration activities to support signal presentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and failure investigations.
• Assist in generating requirements and verification plans.
• Participate in HWIL engineering teams for test system design and integration.
• Engage in full lifecycle system development and sustainment activities.

What You Will Learn:

• System-level knowledge of HWIL developmental programs.
• Advanced signal generation and presentation techniques.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Integration experience with hardware, software, and firmware.
• Proficiency in schematic capture software.
• Active US government issued Secret security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Existing SSBI clearance.
• Experience in electronics design and data analysis.
• Proficient in troubleshooting with test equipment.
• Knowledge of networking and IP-based equipment.
• Familiarity with various communication interfaces.
• Experience with programming languages and scripting.

The salary range for this role is $77,000 – $163,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, 401(k) match, and more.
