Optum WA (The Polyclinic) is looking for a Dermatology physician to join our team in Seattle, WA. We are a clinician-led organization dedicated to improving healthcare practices in Washington. We have an opening for a BE/BC Dermatologist in the vibrant Ballard neighborhood, expanding our team of 13 providers supported by a robust network of primary and specialty care.

Required Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Dermatology
- Ability to obtain a medical license in WA
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority
Washington Residents Only: Salary range is $475,000 to $650,300, based on experience and metrics. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, and 401k contributions.
