Recently, Civica launched CivicaScript to reduce pharmacy costs and announced plans to produce affordable biosimilar insulin, ensuring consistent access for those in need.

Job Description:

The Associate QC Analyst Incoming will join Civica’s Petersburg, Virginia site, focusing on quality and compliance in the manufacture of essential sterile injectable medications. Responsibilities include overseeing incoming sampling, supporting QC operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential Duties:

• Support incoming sample management.
• Conduct and document sampling per established plans.
• Participate in testing and AQL checks.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and DEA regulations.
• Manage laboratory inventory and supplies.
• Lead Quality Systems processes and CAPA plans.
• Promote a safety and quality mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 2+ years of Quality/CGMP experience.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously within guidelines.
