GPI is seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding offices in Tampa, Maitland, Orlando, and Tallassee, FL. We are looking for full-time Transportation Project Managers with experience in Highway Design projects. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in proposal production and client presentations
  • Serve as a technical expert for project engineers and staff
  • Support strategic growth plans with office leaders
  • Define project scope, pricing, and budgets
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Create and uphold project-specific quality plans
  • Manage project finances and resource allocation

Qualifications:

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years in highway design and plan production
  • Experience in project management and business development
  • Florida PE required
  • Proficient in MicroStation and related design software
  • Knowledgeable in FDOT design standards for highway projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English plans and directions
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Able to navigate construction sites with uneven terrain
  • Must wear required PPE, including hard hats and safety glasses
