Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator for an on-site production role in Pennsauken, NJ 08109.

Both AM and PM shifts are available on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, allowing for a 3-day weekend every other week!

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Pennsauken, NJ 08110
Duration: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $19.67/hr
Schedule:
2-2-3 rotating shifts
AM: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM or PM: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM

Summary: Safely operate machinery efficiently while ensuring product quality and adhering to safety guidelines.

Duties:

  • Setup and maintain equipment
  • Follow batch cards for product verification
  • Prepare batches as per specifications
  • Assist with ingredient reporting
  • Remove unnecessary products
  • Participate in CIPs
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and utensils
  • Understand production orders
  • Report inventory and food safety issues

    • Required Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with up to 2 production machines
  • Ability to wear PPE
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Use of hand tools
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Lock out/tag out certified
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • PPE required: helmet, hair nets, glasses, ear plugs
