Job Description

I will participate in the Graduate Nurse/New Registered Nurse orientation to enhance my skills in the following areas:

  • Providing direct and indirect patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
  • Communicating effectively with physicians, the Nurse Manager, and co-workers regarding changes in patients’ clinical conditions, including diagnostic results and symptoms.
  • Responding promptly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or treatment responses.
  • Performing general nursing duties and other assigned tasks.
