We are seeking skilled individuals for a temp-to-hire Sub-Assembly position in Plymouth, MN. Candidates should be proficient with hand tools and measuring equipment, possess strong math skills, and be able to follow instructions.

Electrical Assembly Job Description:

  • Assemble various standard electrical or electronic sub-assemblies
  • Interpret work instructions and customer drawings
  • Use hand and power tools for assembly
  • Work with moderate supervision
  • Record time on assignments
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
  • Conduct in-process inspections
  • Perform touch-up painting on non-conforming products

Electrical Assembly Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED; or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with hand tools, tape measures, and electrical tools
  • Basic math skills for addition and subtraction
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to lift 20-60 pounds

Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
