Required Qualifications:

  • BC/BE in Dermatology
  • WA medical license eligibility
  • DEA with full prescriptive authority

Washington Residents Only: Salary range is $500,000 to $635,717 annually, based on experience and metrics. Benefits include a comprehensive package, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions.
