Job Description

**Position:** Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care Overflow (PCU 4)
**Schedule:** Full Time Nights (every other weekend)
**Incentive:** $20,000 Commitment Bonus

    • **Qualifications:**
    Current RN license and an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
    **Certifications:**

  • BLS certification (within 90 days)
  • ACLS certification (within 6 months)
  • Pass arrhythmia exam (within 90 days)

  • Critical thinking and decisive judgment
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Effective communication in English

    • **Unit Summary:**

  • 25-bed unit with private rooms
  • Telemetry monitoring for all patients
  • 5:1 Patient Ratio
  • Team nursing model
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Focus on cardiac patients
